विद्यार्थियों के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश
सभी छात्र/छात्राएँ निम्न नर्देशों का आवश्यक रूप से पालन करें-
1. चै0 चरण सिह विश्वविद्यालय की परिक्षाआंे मंे सम्मिलित होने के लिए प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को 750: उपस्थिति अनिवार्य हैं। कम उपस्थिति होने पर विद्यार्थी को परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने से वंचित कर दिया जायेगा।
2. विद्यार्थी पढ़ने के साथ-साथ महाविद्यालय में एन0सी0सी0, एन0एस0एस0, खेलकूद, सामाजिक व सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियाँ आदि क्रियाकलापांे मंे अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चत करंे।
3. महाविद्यालय प्रांगण मंे परिचय-पत्र अनिवार्य रूप से अपने साथ रखंे। किसी भी शिक्षक द्वारा परिचय पत्र की माँग/जाँच की जा सकती है।
4. महाविद्यालय परिसर में मोबाइल फोन प्रतिबन्धित है।
5. महाविद्यालय छात्र/छात्राएँ मर्यादित वस्त्र धारण करेंगे।
6. साईकिल, स्कूटर, मोटर साईकिल, कार आदि ताला लगाकर वाहन स्टैण्ड पर ही खड़ा करंे अन्यत्र नहीं।
7. महाविद्यालय मंे रैगिंग पूर्णतः प्रतिबन्धित है। रैगिंग मे लिप्त पाये जाने पर छात्र/छात्रा के विरूद्ध कठोर अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
8. महाविद्यालय परिसर विद्यार्थी अपने सम्बन्धियो एवं मित्रो को न लाये। पकड़े जाने पर अनुशासनात्मक/कानूनी कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
9. छात्रवृŸिा हेतु फार्म प्रवेश के समय महाविद्यालय में सम्बन्धित कार्यालय सहायक को आवश्यक रूप से जमा कर दंे अन्यथा छात्रवृŸिा न मिलने के लिए स्वंय उत्तरदायी हांेगे।
10. पुस्तकालय/विज्ञान प्रतिभूति राशि महाविद्यालय छोड़ने के 3 वर्ष के अन्दर ही देय अनुमन्य है। तदोपरान्त उक्त राशि की देयता कालातीत हो जायेगी।
11. महाविद्यालय के प्रांगण मंे धूम्रपान, गुटका, पान आदि का सेवन पूर्णतः प्रतिबन्धित है
प्रवेश प्रतिबन्ध:
निम्न श्रेणियों मे आने वाले प्रवेशार्थी महाविद्यालय मे प्रवेश के अधिकारी नही होंगे:-
1. जिस प्रवेशार्थी के विरूद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की गई हो या उसका नाम महाविद्यालय की प्रतिबन्धित या काली सूची में हो।
2. जो कभी किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को हानि पहुँचाने या धमकी देने के लिए या किसी सम्पत्ति को नष्ट करने या हानि पहुँचाने के लिए उत्तरदायी ठहराये गये हों।
3 .जिनको शासन द्वारा अवांछित, हिस्ट्रीशीटर घोषित किया गया हो या न्यायालय द्वारा दण्डित किया गया हो।
4. अनुत्तीर्ण या परीक्षा न देने पर प्रवेशार्थी को प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा।
5. एक विषय मे संस्थागत रूप से एम0ए0 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले छात्र को अन्य विषय मे संस्थागत एम0ए0 करने के लिए प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा किन्तु प्रयोगात्मक विषय मे यह प्रतिबन्ध मान्य नहीं है।
6. जो विद्यार्थी महाविद्यालय की गतिविधियों तथा परीक्षाओं में बाधक रहे हो और जिनका आचरण आपत्तिजनक रहा हो।
7. कोई भी विद्यार्थी जिसे एक संस्थागत विद्यार्थी के रूप मे सात साल हो चुके है, बी0एड0 व एलएल0बी0 के अतिरिक्त किसी कक्षा मे प्रविष्ट नहीं किया जायेगा।
